I cannot say enough amazing things about Paula, our service advisor, and Carlos, the mechanic. They both went above and beyond for us and truly made us feel like they cared about helping, not just servicing a car. We did not purchase our Mercedes from this dealership. In fact, when we first brought the car back to the dealership where we purchased it, while it was still under warranty, they were unable to properly identify the problem. When we brought it to Mercedes, Paula and Carlos took the time to listen, investigate, and keep working until they were able to figure out what was going on. Paula has been absolutely phenomenal from the beginning. She was always responsive, always kept us updated, and made herself available whenever we had questions or concerns. Her professionalism, patience, and dedication truly stood out. And a huge thank you to Carlos, who personally took care of our car and worked hard to diagnose the issue. You can tell he genuinely takes pride in his work and wants to make sure things are done correctly. The level of care, communication, and effort we received from both of them was exceptional. After everything we went through with the car, having Paula and Carlos helping us made such a difference. Thank you both so much for everything you did for us. **Update** I wanted to provide an update on the below, because MB of New Rochelle really went above and beyond. I truly appreciate they care about their customers experience. After the review I received a call from John, the service Director, who took the time to listen and try to rectify the issue. I brought the car back and received a complimentary car while mine was in the shop. My initial concern at the time of the service was looked into further and the car was fixed at no cost. My service advisor Paula, was great from the moment I dropped off the car, she immediately sent me notifications with her contact information for any questions, she was very attentive when I picked up the car and took care of me immediately. I purchased my car in this location and the services prior were also amazing, having them go above and beyond to turn the last experience around, shows their professionalism and customer service. I would definitely go back and recommend to others! The experience was okay overall. The service took longer than expected but I understand it was a holiday weekend and the dealer seemed to be short staffed. In addition to the regular service I went in for, I had complaint about the car performance, and although the service rep tried to explain to the best of her knowledge the findings of what was causing the issue, she seemed to be frustrated the more I explained I wasn’t understanding. It is a very expensive vehicle, the amount paid for it, along with the additional insurance purchased and the cost of the services, a better diagnostic test should be performed and there should be a better customer service. In addition once the service was completed, I was told the car was ready and was being washed but she wanted to let me know I had a nail in one of the tires, the question is? Was I going to be let go out of the dealer with a nail in the tire? And why not let me know the available options or even go further and Check what insurance coverage I have, which I do have tire coverage I purchased when I got the car. To top it off, I saw discounts on the dealer’s website for services, which were not offered during the visit, once I informed the rep, you would think they should be able to see them, but was asked to show a screenshot on my phone. This was my second time in this location and I’m considering trying a different one next time. The service could be better

JJ went above and beyond to help me find the right car, and he made what can sometimes be a stressful process feel easy and actually enjoyable. Mr. Baez has been my service advisor since 2013. He's detail oriented and will do his best to minimize the inconveniences that can occur. I always get a follow-up phone call from the support staff.
