I brought my car in to resolve a Mercedes recall issue. I was warmly and professionally received by the team that I met, and my car was serviced in a timely manner. It was the sort of service and courtsey that New Rochelle Mercedes Benz is known for.

I went from having a wonderful experience at the service department one week and returning the following week to a really disappointing experience. I replaced all the tires in my car and the service consultant stated that there is a 2 year guaranteed on the tires . Only to find out that 1st year is fully covered and the 2nd year you have to pay 50% of the price. This was never explained and I am waiting to speak with the manager. I hope that this is resolved favorably. The service manager resolved this issue and provide the 2 year guaranteed as initially stated. ...
