Great service from our salesperson victor Couldn’t be happier

I had an issue with my truck, so i bought it to Mercedes Benz of New Rochelle.They made a diagnosis and determined i need to replace my Drive shaft luckily for me it was under warranty. I dropped it off on Monday and my truck was finished on Wednesday. That to me was a quick turnaround. Service was great. They even gave me a ride home when i dropped my truck off. I received my truck clean and ready to go .

Brian is the best service provider to me and many other people. He is a very calm, polite guy who always works things out with his customers.

I had an emergency regarding a tire on my new Mercedes GLC300. They took me right away, found a tire to match and replaced it while I waited. A very good experience, I will return for more of my service needs.
