Excellent!!
I am concerned as prior service replaced a module as I burned out 22 batteries in 2 years. When I received it back 3 months age I burned up 4 batteries. Service dept said they couldn't find any problem. It is burning batteries less than before but still a problem to burn 4 batteries in those few months. I’ve had 8 Mercedes and I never burned a key fob battery in less than 14 months. HELP

I got a flat. I went there in the morning and it took me right away. Also, they gave me a loaner so I could go to work. They are great there. They’re very helpful. They’re very nice.

I have always experienced a pleasant experience with my service advisors however, this time around wasn’t the best of experience, but in the end I was able to work things out to my satisfaction with a little help.
