I had a nail in my tire and desperately needed service. I called Benz of NewRo and they were able to service me that day. Turns out I had a nail In two tires, and a recall. I dropped my vehicle off at 10am and It was finished by 2pm. They also provided a shuttle back and forth for me. They will be my go to dealership for now on.

From Oregon, called here because mine were closed early in the morning. I had a frozen door latch in a snow storm on top of a pass, and called 7 different dealers originally in New Jersey. Not pleasant at all, and refused to give me any info on what I could do to prevent myself from freezing to death with a door that won't close. Chris Marte was great, super accommodating and extremely knowledgeable about the cars. He helped us with the buyout of our lease, and answered all of our questions truthfully with a professional and friendly demeanor. The only bad review is for Michael the Sales Manager. He wasted time patronizing our decision, posturing baseless arguments that could not even be supported by the numbers he seemed to pull from the sky. He was argumentative without reason and at times seemingly manipulative, to the point of nitpicking minor details to cover his blatant logical fallacies conflated with deception. I had an unexpected flat tire that needed to be replaced and I came in without an appointment. They took me right away and efficiently identified where to locate the tire, got it replaced quickly and got me on my way - and they were able to have the tire replaced under a warranty that I wasn't even aware of. Professional, friendly and efficient - much appreciated!!

Had a pleasant visit, dealing with Jorge is a plus. Jorge is one of the service reps, he explains everything and also tries to help you save a little cash if possible by offering a little discount. This is my go to shop for work that has to be done, when it's done it's done right.
