Pick-up & Delivery – Convenience at your door

At Mercedes-Benz of New Rochelle, we are committed to making your service experience as easy and convenient as possible. As your car is inspected and repaired by our highly trained technicians, you will have access to our Pick-Up, Loaner Vehicle, Detail, and Delivery programs. These complimentary and convenient services uphold the high standard of customer service that comes with owning a Mercedes-Benz.

Complimentary Vehicle Pick-Up

After you have scheduled a service appointment, we will come to your residence or workplace anywhere in the Scarsdale area to pick up the vehicle and bring it to our facility.

Complimentary Loaner Vehicle Drop off

While your car is being serviced, we will provide you with a Complimentary Loaner Vehicle to temporarily replace your Mercedes-Benz.

Vehicle Service and Complimentary Car Wash

After every service appointment, your car will receive a complimentary wash and vacuum.

Complimentary Delivery

then we will deliver your Mercedes-Benz back to you.
